Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Experience:

- 1 to 3 Years of experience as a architect
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software, strong design and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- **Certification**:

- Architectural license preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design**:

- Create innovative and functional architectural designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee projects from conception to completion.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- **Code Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and review architectural documents.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor project budgets and timelines.
- **Site Inspections**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with plans.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address design and construction challenges.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
- **Innovation**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovations.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
