**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative furniture concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
2. Create detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings for various furniture pieces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility.
3. Conduct thorough research on materials, finishes, and production techniques to ensure the highest quality standards for the final product.
4. Work closely with the production team to oversee the development and manufacturing process, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into finished products.
5. Engage in regular trend analysis and market research to identify emerging design trends and consumer preferences in the luxury furniture industry.
6. Provide creative input and design recommendations for interior design projects that showcase the brand's furniture products in high-end residential and commercial spaces.
7. Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to source premium materials and components for the production of luxury furniture pieces.
8. Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met within set deadlines.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and product development strategies to enhance overall efficiency and innovation within the design department.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in luxury furniture design, interior design, or product design, preferably within the high-end furniture industry.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
4. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes specific to luxury furniture production.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a creative team and liaise with various stakeholders.
6. A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in furniture design projects.
7. A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and an understanding of the luxury market's demands and consumer preferences.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹39,820.81 per month
