**Job Title: Tricentis Tosca Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)**

**Location: Chennai or Pune with Onsite**

**As a Tricentis Tosca SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design and execution of automated tests using Tricentis Tosca. You will collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to drive quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.**

Key Responsibilities:
Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Test Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the QA team to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.

Integration and CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and deployment.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects to closure using defect tracking tools.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality assurance best practices and ensure effective communication and reporting on testing progress and results.

Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and generate test reports for stakeholders.

Tool Maintenance and Support: Maintain and support Tricentis Tosca tools and frameworks, ensuring they are up to date and effectively utilized.

Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation on automated testing processes and best practices to team members as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as an SDET or similar role, with a focus on automated testing using Tricentis Tosca.

Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or VBScript.

Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
**Tricentis Tosca certification.**

**Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.**

**Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases.**

**Experience with performance and security testing.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹246,672.36 - ₹1,202,787.38 per year
