Due to Nextiva's rapid growth, our Sales Recruiting Team needs to operating strategically to attract, deliver, and retain top diverse, sales talent. We are hiring forward thinking, motivated people who bring a unique way of thinking to tackle challenges. We're building results driven processes from scratch and need team members who have a solid foundation of success in doing that in a deeply dynamic environment.

In this role you'll be responsible for - but not limited to - recruiting top Channel Sales and/or Inside Sales talent for the organization. You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment - unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes. You will partner closely with tech leaders to drive initiatives that enhance Nextiva's effort to attract, recruit, and retain top tech talent.

Our talent acquisition team is not your ordinary corporate TA team. We are fast, agile, and a get stuff done type of team. Our business moves extremely fast, and we need to always be ahead of the game.

**What you'll do**:

- You bring to life innovative recruiting strategies to support the growing needs of the business
- Leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and high-quality search process under very tight timelines
- You are open to experimenting; fail fast, learn and adapt quickly with the goal of getting to a new and better way of recruiting
- You view into the talent and competitor landscape such that our decisions and strategies around talent acquisition are informed by the best possible information
- Negotiating salaries.

**Skills you've mastered**:

- 2+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience with recent experience recruiting sales professionals & Software Engineers
- Recruiting experience at a progressive, fast-paced high growth tech/software company preferred
- Stellar organization and time management skills
- Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships as a strong collaborator
- Team player with a high sense of urgency to interact across the organization
- A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (at a fast-growing startup, they often do.
