As an MIS Executive at Mehta Tubes Limited, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and continuously improving our MIS processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**: Collect, analyze, and manage data from various departments to generate accurate and timely MIS reports.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize data processes, including automation and streamlining of reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and ensure that the MIS aligns with organizational objectives.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any discrepancies in data promptly and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest standards of data confidentiality and integrity.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest MIS tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and MIS reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical data management and confidentiality.
