Job Title: Project Architect

Job Summary:
Lead architectural design, development, and implementation for mega commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while meeting quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Documentation (40%):
1. Develop and maintain project design vision and goals.

2. Create and coordinate architectural drawings and models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture.

4. Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies.

5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.

Project Planning and Coordination (30%):
1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

2. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

3. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and zoning ordinances.

4. Manage project timelines and milestones.

5. Coordinate with other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Construction Administration (20%):
1. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.

2. Address and resolve construction issues.

3. Review and approve contractor submittals.

4. Coordinate with construction management teams.

5. Ensure compliance with construction documents.

Quality Control and Assurance (10%):
1. Ensure design and construction quality standards.

2. Conduct regular quality inspections.

3. Identify and resolve design and construction defects.

4. Collaborate with quality control teams.

5. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
1. Bachelor's/master’s degree in architecture.

**Experience**:
1. 5+ years in architectural project management.

2. Experience with mega commercial construction projects.

**Skills**:1. Strong design and technical skills.

2. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

3. Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

4. Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and regulatory requirements.

Certifications:
1. Licensed Architect (RA).

2. LEED AP or NCARB certification preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Project timeline adherence.

2. Budget management.

3. Design and construction quality.

4. Stakeholder satisfaction.

5. Team collaboration.

Project Architect Specializations:
1. Commercial Building Design.

2. Mixed-Use Development.

Software Proficiency:
1. Autodesk Revit.

Pay: ₹68,898.68 - ₹75,000.00 per month
