**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Collaboration**:

- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project goals.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with client vision.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Design Development & Documentation**:

- Develop detailed space plans, furniture layouts, and 2D/3D renderings using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max).
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Project Management & Coordination**:

- Assist in creating and managing project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and furnishings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and address any issues that may arise.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

**Material Sourcing & Research**:

- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and product innovations.
- Source and evaluate new products and vendors.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with senior designers, architects, and other team members.
- Participate in team meetings and design reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in [mention specific sector if applicable, e.g., residential, commercial, hospitality].
- Proficiency in design software, including:

- CAD Software: AutoCAD (essential)
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape (proficiency in at least one is required, multiple preferred)
- Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of local building codes and accessibility standards (a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
