- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contribute as a senior developer to key, strategic and other projects of WMIS Operations Division
- Propose efficient technical solutions and programming design
- Prepare necessary project documentation and other quality deliverable
- Prepare technical deliveries and packaging
- Provide technical support document to Production teams
- Provide warranty support / post-production implementation support
- Adhere to WMIS project and support governance

**Primary Skill**:

- IBM iSeries (AS400) or Cobol/400
- RPG ILE
- RPGLE & SQLRPG
- Good analytical and communication skills

**Secondary Skill**:

- Core Banking Experience
- Technical solutions and programming design
