**Education & Requirements**:B.Sc/M.Sc Nutrion & Dietetics.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with patients regularly via telephonic or video calls.
- Counseling chronic patients and motivating them for inculcating lifestyle changes.
- Developing a nutrition plan and modifying it based on adoption/feedback from the patient.
- Analyzing patient data and engaging in virtual patient management.
- Researching and creating protocols for drugs, diagnostics, patient symptoms, vital tracking, etc.
- Engaging with the product and technology teams for the development of algorithms.
- Developing systems and processes for standardizing the quality of care.
- Working in tandem with other 'care team' members such as doctors and physiotherapists to provide holistic care to patients.
