**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design and Architecture**:_
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop high-level and detailed design documents that guide development teams.
- **Requirements Gathering**:_
- Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Ensure that requirements are complete, concise, and aligned with the overall business objectives.
- **Technical Leadership**:_
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organization's technology standards.
- **Sizing and Capacity Planning**:_
- Conduct sizing exercises to determine the hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements for the solution.
- Provide estimates for resource allocation, timeframes, and costs associated with implementing the solution.
- **Solution Validation**:_
- Validate and review the solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Perform risk analysis and identify potential issues that could impact the solution’s success.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:_
- Present and explain architectural designs and solutions to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between solution architecture and project plans.
- **Continuous Improvement**:_
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and architecture.
- Recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture, software design, and systems integration.
- Proven experience in developing functional requirements documents and design documents.
- Expertise in sizing and capacity planning for software solutions.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
