**Job Title**: Casualty Medical Officer (CMO) preferred for night shift duty

**Location**: Mai Mangeshkar Hospital, Warje, Pune

**Qualification**: BAMS / BHMS (Experience in emergency or casualty care preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate medical care to patients in the casualty/emergency department.
- Assess, diagnose, and stabilize patients with acute medical conditions and injuries.
- Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with specialists and other departments for further patient management.
- Administer emergency medications and treatments as per protocol.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient history, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Ensure efficient triaging of patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical care.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in handling emergency and trauma cases.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: As per skills and experience.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
