About us:
Ek Tara Learning Centre works with children from 3-16 years old. We operate an early childhood centre and another learning centre for grades 1-8. We are working with children for over 7 years. The centre has around 950 students with access to high-quality learning resources. We provide access to the Computer lab, STEAM lab, and library and music, art, dance, karate, and football sessions for students. We cater the following programs for the centre - Early Childhood Learning Centre, Primary and Middle School, Remedial program (English, Maths, and Science) from grade 2 to 8, School Support, Child Welfare and Parental Engagement, Mentorship, Digital Literacy, Co-curricular Activities (CCA), Health, Hygiene and Nutrition.

About the Role:
The primary role of a teacher is to deliver classroom instruction that helps students learn. To accomplish this, teachers must prepare effective lessons, grade student work and offer feedback, manage classroom materials, productively navigate the curriculum, and collaborate with other staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating classroom culture
- Maintaining school culture and decorum
- Planning and documenting lessons over lesson plan record books
- Conducting lessons as per the submitted lesson plan
- Participating in all aspects of assessments - Invigilation, paper review, data entry.
- Collaborating with various departments on student-related work
- Filling out various administrative documents

Work Experience Requirements:

- Specific areas of focus: Data Handling, Mensuration, Constructions, Operations, Quadratic equations, etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹9,000.00 per month
