**Position Description**:
**Title** : Assistant Plant Controller**:
**Reports To**: Plant Controller

**Description**:
The Assistant Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.

**He supports the Plant Controller on all following activities**:

- **
Ensure compliance to all financial procedures**
- Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
- Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings,)and internal control basics
- **
Provide reliable financial / controlling informations**
- Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast,
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance
- Provide reliable financial/controlling information’s in close relationship with other operational and support functions
- Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control
- Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information requested by internal and external auditors, and others local external authorities
- Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cahflow (capex, inventories,overdues)
- To understand and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
- Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
- Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings), and internal control basics
- Ensure financial awareness of plant operational teams

**Qualifications***:
- Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance / CMA / ICWA and CS
- 4-5 years of experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial / plant environment
- Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Strong teamwork, Good communication skills, Fluent in English
