**1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Accountancy to Classes 11th and 12th.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the syllabus as per the guidelines laid down by CBSE (or respective board).
- Use modern teaching methods, including digital tools, presentations, and practical examples to make concepts more engaging.
- Design, prepare, and implement lessons that cater to a wide range of student abilities.

2. **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Create and evaluate assignments, projects, and tests.
- Prepare students for exams by offering structured revision sessions and practice papers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student performance, providing feedback to students and parents as needed.
- Conduct periodic assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

**3. Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, focused, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Address individual learning needs and offer additional support where required.

**4. Extra-Curricular Involvement**:

- Participate in school activities, educational workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in organizing and conducting inter-school competitions or events related to business studies or accountancy.

**5. Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in business studies and accountancy education.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to improve teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.
