Position:
Clinical Physiotherapist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide hands-on therapy and physical manipulation techniques for patient rehabilitation.
- Operate and manage electrotherapy and advanced physiotherapy machines (e.g., TENS, IFT, Ultrasound, Muscle Stimulators, Traction units, etc.).
- Design and supervise exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
- Educate patients on home exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications for long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff for integrated patient care.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and professional standards within the rehab facility.
Qualifications:
- MPT (Masters in Physiotherapy) preferred - salary as per experience & expertise.
- BPT (Bachelors in Physiotherapy) acceptable - compensation to be decided based on skillset & experience.
- Hands-on experience in both manual therapy and use of electrotherapy machines.
- Strong clinical reasoning, patient communication, and teamwork skills.
Work Hours:
- Full-time: 8 hours per day (timings to be discussed during interview).
