**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry in accounting software
- Support in preparing invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
- Help reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Support in GST-TDS data documentation (if applicable).

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle general office administration including maintaining records and files.
- Support procurement of office supplies and track inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Provide front-desk support when required - greeting visitors, handling calls.
