**Key Responsibilities**
- **Job Posting and Advertisement**: Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the Meerab Group website to attract top talent.
- **Recruitment Marketing**: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to promote Meerab Group as an employer of choice.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating interviews, drafting offer letters, and supporting the onboarding process.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
- **People Skills**: A passion for connecting with people and building relationships. An approachable and empathetic personality.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when working independently.
