**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough testing of data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
- Utilize MS SQL Server for data validation and verification.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices.
- Document test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data processes.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and provide insights on data-related improvements.
- Assist in the development of data testing strategies and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in MS SQL Server for data validation.
- Have a solid understanding of ETL processes and validation techniques.
- Demonstrate expertise in data testing and quality assurance.
- Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and cases.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
- Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
- Demonstrate capability to document and report test results clearly.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and learning in data testing methodologies.

Cloud Migration project exposure is expected.

**Certifications Required**

Good to have strong SQL and Azure knowledge
