Job Description: We are seeking a Back Office Administrator to join our team and help support our daily operations. As a Back Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and maintaining files and records
- Processing and coordinating paperwork
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing databases and spreadsheets

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Back Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with data entry and managing databases preferred
- Prior experience in a financial or banking industry a plus

**Salary**: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
