Skating Coach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Coaching**:

- Teach the fundamentals of skating, including balance, posture, and basic movements.
- Develop advanced skills and techniques for competitive skating, such as spins, jumps, or speed skating.
- Create personalized training plans to meet the needs and goals of individual students.
- **Safety and Supervision**:

- Ensure students follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear.
- Monitor skating sessions to prevent injuries and provide first aid if necessary.
- Maintain a safe and well-maintained skating environment.
- **Lesson Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and conduct structured skating lessons and practice sessions.
- Use creative and engaging methods to make lessons enjoyable and effective.
- Organize group activities, games, and drills to enhance students’ skills and teamwork.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Set performance goals and track improvements over time.
- Prepare students for competitions, exhibitions, or skating events.
- **Communication and Motivation**:

- Motivate and inspire students to build confidence and resilience.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students’ progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Graduation (essential).
- Certification in skating instruction or coaching (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience as a skating coach or competitive skater.
- Experience working with children and adults of varying skill levels.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of skating techniques and styles (e.g., figure skating, speed skating, or roller skating).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate students.
- Basic first aid knowledge and the ability to handle emergencies.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,140.70 - ₹33,133.46 per month
