**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a personable and motivated Tele caller to join our team and be the voice of our salon. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients, providing information about our services, booking appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about salon services, promotions, and packages.
- Manage inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed information about salon services.
- Schedule appointments accurately in the salon management software and confirm bookings.
- Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude while addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Follow up with customers post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM database.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure seamless customer service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or tele calling role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Friendly and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of salon services.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
