We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Job Summary**: As an Architect at SKA, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and developments that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop conceptual designs, detailed architectural plans, and construction documents for a variety of real estate projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and environmental impact assessments to inform project design and development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and translate these into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Utilize advanced software tools for design, modeling, and project management.
- Monitor construction progress and provide on-site support to address any issues that arise.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
