**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate concepts into effective design assets aligned with client goals and brand guidelines
- Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to deliver cohesive visuals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Adapt and optimize designs for various platforms and screen sizes
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate in client feedback loops during US working hours

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Graphic Designer
- **At least 1 year of experience working in a marketing or advertising agency**:

- Solid experience using **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)** and tools like **Canva, Figma, or similar**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly for digital platforms
- Must have experience working in **US Shift**:

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

**Graphics Tools (required)**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite** - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- **Canva** - for quick and brand-aligned social graphics
- **Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro** - a plus for motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with tools like **XD, CorelDRAW**, or other creative design platforms is a bonus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
