**Job Description:
BAPA JD**:Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance)
- Graduate /Diploma in IT or Electronics
- Technical certifications - demonstrable experience in Business Analysis / Process Management
- Track record of successful process or business improvement work ideally in the telecoms area (can be operational optimizations in a Team-leader or Managers Role)
- Ability to use standard techniques to investigate, analyse and document requirements
- Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
- Attention to detail, ability to deep dive and get hands dirty
- Detailed knowledge of Telecommunications Services (not mobile) and the infrastructure needed to deliver these
- Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance)
- Proven analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good Communication skills

Ability able to create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes
