Delivery Boy

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Food Delivery Executives. As a Food Delivery Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their food hot, fresh, and in excellent condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accepting delivery orders through our app and coordinating with the dispatch team.
- Picking up orders from partner restaurants and ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Safely transporting food orders to customers' locations using provided delivery equipment.
- Need to support filed work marketing like Umbrella Stoll, Offer’s related marketing work.
- Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Managing cash payments and maintaining accurate records, if applicable.
- Handling customer inquiries or concerns appropriately and escalating when necessary.
- Following set delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicating effectively with the support team and reporting any issues or incidents.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation (bike, scooter).
- A smartphone with GPS capabilities for navigation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
