Social Media Content Writer

We are looking for a **creative and skilled Social Media Content Writer** with a strong command of English to create engaging, informative, and audience-focused content for real estate topics. This includes writing compelling scripts for YouTube videos and crafting impactful captions and posts for Instagram and Facebook.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop engaging content ideas around real estate (market trends, property insights, buying/selling tips, etc.)
- Write **YouTube video scripts** that are conversational, informative, and SEO-friendly
- Create **captivating captions and short-form content** for Instagram and Facebook
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure consistency in tone and message
- Research real estate topics, trends, and keywords to improve engagement and visibility
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and align content with brand goals
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proven experience in **content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting** (preferably for real estate or lifestyle domains)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms — particularly YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for video and social media content
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of what resonates with digital audiences
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or related fields
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
