We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Sales Personnel for selling chocolate and confectionery products in the rural market of Eastern India. As a Field Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the FMCG industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers in rural areas of Eastern India.
- Actively approach and engage with customers to promote our chocolate and confectionery products.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the rural market dynamics in Eastern India is a plus.
- Previous sales experience (even in non-FMCG sectors) will be considered a bonus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
