Overview:
Shri Krishna Oxygen is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department and ensuring seamless coordination between various sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products and services.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
- Keep the sales team informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) is a minimum requirement.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is desirable.
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
