We bring all this together to deliver truly great results for consumers and brands in the world's biggest channel. **About the Role**: We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our website. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing test cases to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Test Planning and Design**: - Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Design and develop test scenarios and test cases to cover various aspects of the website, including functionality, usability, performance, and security. - **Test Execution**: - Execute test cases manually to identify and document defects. - Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. - Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different platforms and devices. - **Defect Tracking and Reporting**: - Accurately document and report defects using a defect tracking system. - Provide clear and concise defect reports, including steps to reproduce and screenshots. - Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve the quality of the website. - **Test Automation**: - Collaborate with the automation team to identify suitable test cases for automation. - Participate in the automation framework design and implementation. - **Performance Testing**: - Conduct performance testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Monitor website performance metrics and analyze trends. - **Security Testing**: - Participate in security testing activities to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. - Stay updated on the latest security best practices and tools. **Required Skills and Experience**: - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Excellent knowledge of testing techniques, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing. - Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects accurately. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
