**Job Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Handmade Craftsperson** to create unique, high-quality handmade products for our growing online business. This role involves crafting items by hand, following established designs, and contributing creative input for new collections. If you love working with your hands, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we’d love to have you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce handmade products such as [home décor, gifts, accessories, or custom crafts] using materials like [wood, MDF, paper, fabric, resin, etc.].
- Follow detailed design instructions or templates for consistency.
- Assist in the development of new product ideas and seasonal collections.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting items before packaging.
- Package finished products attractively for e-commerce orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized crafting area.
- Track material usage and assist in inventory management.
- Meet daily/weekly production targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, or fulfillment team (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handmade crafts or similar artistic work (hobbyist or professional).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Creative mindset with the ability to follow instructions and also suggest ideas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Time management skills to handle multiple orders or tasks.
- [Optional: Familiarity with crafting tools such as Cricut, heat press, laser cutting machines, etc.]

**Nice to Have**
- A portfolio of past handmade work (photos or Instagram page).
- Experience selling on platforms like Etsy, Amazon Handmade, or similar.
- Basic understanding of packaging and shipping processes for online orders.
- Photography or content creation skills to assist with product listings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
