**A little bit about the Client and team you'll be working with**:
Our global business is growing fast. And we're on the hunt for crazy talented humans.

We have a great opportunity for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to work within a new team.

You will be focused on supporting a multi-year rebranding/redesign project for a global health care client, covering an estimated 3000-5000 pieces of content across 30 markets, taking design projects from brief to completion.

You together with your creative team will work on the rebrand project from concept through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand.

You'll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 5 years' experience upward. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across the rebranding project whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.

Our team will work across the following, but not limited to:

- Digital Marketing
- Social Content
- Print
- POS
- Adaptations
- Product and campaign assets
- Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content.

**What you'll be doing in the role**:

- Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
- Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, POS and advertising.
- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects, based on the client's Brand Guidelines.
- Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready.
- The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.
- Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.
- Keeping up to date with current design trends.

**What you'll need for the role**:

- High energy and a passion for ideas and effective visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, print and web technologies.
- Brand identity and campaign identities as real working experience.
- Social, digital, print and design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
- A passion for digital trends and print.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
- An eye for consistency and ability to integrate brand specific visual design elements across all communication channels.
- Develop your professional skills daily.

**Good to have**:

- Experience on health care brands.
