### **Overview**:
## **Key Responsibilities**:
### **1. Architectural Leadership**:

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
- Provide expert architectural guidance and establish best practices for ServiceNow implementations.

### **2. Center of Excellence (COE) Development**:

- Establish and lead the ServiceNow COE, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop, document, and maintain COE standards, methodologies, and frameworks.

### **3. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

### **4. Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

### **5. Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the capabilities of the internal team.

### **6. Governance and Compliance**:

- Ensure all ServiceNow implementations adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks to standardize ServiceNow usage across the organization.

## **Qualifications**:
### **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

### **Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong background in architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading COE initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.

### **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML) and ServiceNow development tools.

### **Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).

### **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
