**Job Title**: Cafe Lead

**Location**: Surat, India

**Experience**: 2+ years in QSR as Shift In Charge, Cafe In Charge, Cafe Manager, or Store Manager

**Qualification**: 12th Grade or equivalent

**Salary**: In-hand ₹20,000 to ₹30,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of customer service.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- **P&L Understanding**: Assist in monitoring basic Profit & Loss statements to achieve financial objectives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- **KPI Monitoring**: Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- **Scheduling**: Create and manage team schedules to ensure adequate staffing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the QSR industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of P&L statements and KPI metrics.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
