Job Description

1. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

3. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

4. Check production output according to specifications.

5. Submit reports on performance and progress.

6. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

7. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

8. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.

9. In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. He must be competent and comprehend complex operations. He should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

1.Should be Graduate in Science Background from recognized university.

2.Should have experience of 3-5 years or experience of relevant field will be an added advantage.

3. Should be fluent in verbal & written Hindi & English and local language.

4.Should have problem solving skills.

5.Should have good people skills.

Now, in order to meet the ever increasing requirement of Calcium Oxide (Quick Lime) we have installed and commissioned INDIA’s First Twin-D lime kiln OF 300 TPD in the year 2014 by Cimprogetti S.P.A., world leaders in lime technology. We have been awarded a certificate for the same by **Limca Book of Records**. This breakthrough succession continued in the year 2019, and bespoke the potential by establishing the second Lime Kiln with a short span of five years. Thus, enhancing the production capacity to 600 TPD.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
