**_Responsibilities_**
- Oversee day-to-day school operations
- Evaluate teachers and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals
- Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
- Present data from school performance to the management
- Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
- Interview and hire school personnel
- Ensure school policies and regulations are followed at all times
- Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
- Handle emergencies and school crisis
- Organize school events and assemblies
- Manage school logistics and budgets
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
- Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
- Maintain a supportive and healthy learning environment

**_Requirements and skills_**
- Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
- Attention to detail
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Crisis management
- Ability to coach and inspire
- Master’s degree in education, doctorate preferred

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
