**Job Title : Interior Designer - Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow up on project milestones.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material lists, and design presentations.
- Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before project execution.
- Track procurement and delivery of materials/furniture and ensure site readiness.
- Help resolve site-level issues by coordinating with the concerned teams.
- Maintain accurate project records, communication logs, and update reports.
- Support the design team in client presentations and feedback implementation.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of interior design processes and materials
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/SketchUp (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design
- Need Female Only

- **Working Hours**:10.30 AM to 06.30 PM (May Extend As Per Work - Sometimes)
