**Job Description - Azure Solution Architect**

**Role Title**: Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)
**Location**: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai
**Experience**: 10+ Years

**About the Role**

Microsoft for Startups helps innovative organizations realize their full potential by accelerating the adoption of Microsoft technologies. As part of this global initiative, we are seeking an experienced **Azure Solution Architect** with 10+ years of IT experience, specializing in **Azure IaaS, Security, and Cloud Architecture**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **architecture, design, and implementation** of complex Azure solutions across enterprise environments.
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications for cloud transformation journeys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.
- Conduct workshops, advisory sessions, and training to enable clients’ cloud adoption strategy.
- Provide **technical leadership** during migration projects, ensuring successful deployment and optimization.
- Implement **Azure Security best practices**, governance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Perform cost optimization assessments to maximize ROI on cloud investments.
- Mentor and coach junior team members (L100 & L200), guiding them on Azure certifications and technical excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of new Azure features, functionalities, and competitive technologies.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering solutions in time-bound scenarios and building long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and provide insights into customer trends and technical challenges.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- **10+ years of IT industry experience**, with at least **5+ years in Azure solution architecture & consulting**.
- Proven expertise in:

- Azure IaaS solutions and Enterprise Infrastructure Management.
- Azure Security principles, Governance, and Compliance frameworks.
- Containerization technologies and Kubernetes on Azure.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Azure.
- Experience in managing **large-scale databases on Azure** (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with **cloud deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines**.
- **Certifications (mandatory/preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- MCSE/MCSD (preferred)

**Soft Skills**
- Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with **Enterprise Architects and Technology Leaders**.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and handle ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for customer advocacy, innovation, and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
