We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer and Graphic Designer to join our team and work on our company's website. As a Web Developer and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website, as well as creating visually appealing designs and graphics to enhance user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining the website, ensuring it is functional and user-friendly
- Collaborating with the team to create and implement website designs and layouts
- Creating graphics and other visual elements to enhance the website's aesthetic appeal
- Ensuring the website's performance is optimized for speed and functionality
- Maintaining the website's security and ensuring it is up to date with the latest technologies
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise with the website's functionality and design
- Conducting regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the website's performance and functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a web developer and graphic designer
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Strong experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,830.92 per month
