**Roles & Responsibilities : -**
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems using a variety of technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software solutions.
- Implement XML, GIT, JSON, and Java for efficient data handling and version control.
- Employ Gradle, SLF4J, and Spring Boot for streamlined build processes and logging.
- Leverage JPA, JUnit5, and Lombok for effective database management and testing.
- Integrate Confluent Kafka, Kafka, Kafka Admin, and Kafka Connect for real-time data streaming and processing.
- Drive ideation and conceptualization phases to create innovative solutions.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects from inception to deployment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into projects.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.

**Qualifications -**

Possess a deep understanding of Linux, Maven, Spring Framework, JDBC, XML, GIT, JSON, Java, Gradle, SLF4J, Spring Boot, Kotlin, YAML, Design Patterns, JPA, JUnit5, Lombok, Confluent Kafka, Kafka, Kafka Admin, Kafka Connect.

Demonstrate expertise in Ideation, Conceptualization, and Lifecycle Management.

Nice to have experience with Oracle GenAI. - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Show excellent com

**Certification(s) Required**: CERTIFIED JAVA DEVELOPER, SPRING PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION, CONFLUENT CERTIFIED DEVELOPER FOR APACHE KAFKA

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
