Freelance Personal Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Freelance Gym Trainer to provide personalized fitness training services to our clients on a freelance basis. The Freelance Gym Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing customized workout plans, guiding clients through exercise routines, and monitoring their progress to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design customized workout plans based on the client's fitness goals, physical abilities, and health conditions.
- Guide clients through exercises to ensure they are performed correctly and safely.
- Monitor and adjust clients' workout plans to ensure they are making progress towards their goals.
- Provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes to support clients' fitness goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of exercise and healthy habits.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with clients to provide feedback and support.
- Ensure that gym equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent certification from a recognized organization.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing customized workout plans for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises and activities.
- Must be able to lift heavy weights and perform physical activities associated with personal training.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
