Join a new team with high aspirations
We are looking for a care associate for INDIA. You will be part of Milestone’s Channel team. Your main task will be to drive care (software maintenance renewal sales by contacting our re-sellers, distributors and end customers in India and work collaboratively with the local sales team. Here you will oversee pipeline creation, management, actioning of care sales campaigns, and reporting of progress. You will play an important role and we make sure you have the best working conditions to succeed while you develop personally and grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks
- Handle outbound calling
- Pipeline creation and lead generation activities for care sales
- Create quotes to resellers, end-user and distributors
- Conduct sales calls
- Follow-up on care leads and opportunity management
- Sales Campaigns
- Ensure a high level of data quality
- Track progress and document the results in Salesforce
- Educate milestone stakeholders and customers on care value proposition
- Provide care sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues
- Provide customers timely, accurate, and convincing sales arguments regarding Milestone’s software maintenance.
Preferred skills and competencies
You are an easy-going, well-spoken and ambitious individual with great attention to detail. You speak English fluently as well as regional language and it’s a plus if you also speak further languages.
We expect you to be interested in learning more about solution-based selling. This is not ordinary transaction-based sales We would like you to understand the value of stakeholder management and data quality and we are ready to teach you.

Please note that the position is based on-site at our Indian headquarters in Bangalore, and requires that you hold a valid Indian work visa.
