We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and client-focused designs that enhance our brand presence and effectively communicate our value proposition. The designer will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals tailored to our client's needs across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all marketing materials. Their expertise will help us deliver impactful designs that captivate our audience, build trust, and drive client engagement, ultimately contributing to our business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually engaging designs for branding, social media, packaging, and digital platforms.
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
- Design social media content, including posts, stories, banners, and ads, to maximize audience engagement.
- Develop engaging and creative reels that effectively showcase brand stories and captivate audiences across social media platforms.
- Design product packaging with a keen focus on aesthetics, functionality, and market appeal.
- Execute print design projects such as brochures, flyers, and posters, ensuring high production standards.
- Perform advanced image editing, retouching, color grading, and photo manipulation.
- Create visually compelling and memorable logos that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to produce innovative content.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, Adobe Animate).
- Experience working with additional tools such as **Canva, SketchUp, and Lumion.**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in **logo design, social media design, and packaging design.**:

- Hands-on experience in **motion graphics and animation** to create engaging visual content.
- Excellent knowledge of **print design processes** and preparing files for production.
- Strong understanding of **digital design principles** for websites and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web-based designs is a plus.
