Our client is one of the strongest Consumer brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a ‘Master Baker’ from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to support in performing financial and operational audits in the organizations.

You will work closely with senior auditors and managers to ensure that audits are conducted efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out Audit in various areas/activities under the supervision of Senior Auditor.
- Assisting in carrying out Audits of Departments with Centralized / Regional operations.
- Identifying Audit exceptions in the areas under review.
- Appropriate recording of exceptions in the audit report.
- Discussion of his/her audit findings with Managers to solve the discrepancies.
- Critically review the existing process and procedures during the audit of respective areas and suggest area of improvement which would enhance controls and simplify process flow.
- Keep himself/herself updated on Regulatory Guidelines & Management directions in the area of audit.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

**Skills**:

- Effective Communication and drafting skills
- Analytical ability
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel is mandatory
- Ability to plan & execute Audit plans
- Ability to meet deadlines

Educational Level
- Commerce Graduate
- MBA (Finance)
- Semi qualified CA / CA'

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
