Site Coordinator/supervisor

**Project Planning and Scheduling**: Site coordinators assist in the development of project plans and schedules, working closely with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders. They help to establish timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- **Logistics and Procurement**: Site coordinators manage the logistics of construction sites, including the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. They liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that necessary resources are available when needed and that deliveries are coordinated to minimize disruptions to work.
- **Site Setup and Organization**: Before construction activities commence, site coordinators oversee the setup and organization of the construction site. This may involve arranging temporary facilities (such as offices, restrooms, and storage areas), establishing site access controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Resource Allocation and Management**: Site coordinators are responsible for allocating resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, effectively throughout the project. They track resource usage, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with project managers to address any resource shortages or surpluses.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Effective communication is crucial in this role. Site coordinators act as liaisons between different stakeholders, including project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. They facilitate regular meetings, disseminate information, and ensure that everyone is aware of project progress, changes, and requirements.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**: Site coordinators assist in maintaining quality standards by conducting regular inspections, monitoring workmanship, and addressing any quality issues or deviations from specifications. They work closely with site engineers and quality control personnel to ensure that finished work meets project requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Safety is a top priority on construction sites, and site coordinators play a key role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. They implement safety protocols, conduct safety briefings and training sessions, and proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Site coordinators maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections. They compile documentation for regulatory compliance, project monitoring, and future reference, ensuring that all required paperwork is complete and up to date.
- **Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**: Construction projects often encounter challenges and conflicts that need to be addressed promptly. Site coordinators are adept at identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and working with stakeholders to develop effective solutions that keep the project on track and minimize disruptions.
- **Client Relations**: Site coordinators may interact directly with clients or their representatives, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback. Building and maintaining positive client relationships contribute to overall project success and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
