Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at AGPH Books, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. You will engage with potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and institutions, to promote our extensive catalogue of books and secure new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including bookstores, libraries, and educational institutions.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of AGPH Books.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfaction.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the publishing industry or related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and market dynamics.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
