**Responsibilities**

Process Daily flow of eCommerce Orders
- Thorough Research for the products to be uploaded on Portals.
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value
- Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in ecommerce industry
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Worked in ecommerce backend process.
- Good computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
