**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fabric Data Entry**
- Enter and update fabric inventory records (fabric type, color, width, GSM, roll numbers, supplier details).
- Maintain records of fabric received (inward entries), returned, and issued to cutting.
- Track fabric shrinkage and consumption reports.
- Ensure purchase orders and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) are properly recorded.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and generate fabric balance reports.

**Cutting Data Entry**
- Record cutting plans as per production orders (style number, sizes, quantity).
- Enter marker details, fabric layers, fabric used, and cutting dates.
- Track cut quantities and size-wise breakdowns.
- Update records of cut panels issued to the sewing or production line.
- Maintain cutting master reports and output summaries.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fabric usage and cutting output.
- Ensure all data is updated accurately in the ERP or Excel system.
- Coordinate with store, cutting, and production teams to verify data consistency.
