**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure a collaborative educational experience.
- Manage classroom behaviour through effective behaviour management strategies, promoting respect and responsibility among students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficient in behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, classroom activities, and student assessments efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
