TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

**Roles & Resposibilities**:

- Job specific SAP transactions
- Purchase Requisitions processing
- Exception Messages processing
- Create delivery notes
- Scheduling Agreement Creation
- MRP Data Maintenance
- Drive reports centrally from SAP, Intranet and share smart with affected Planner community
- Updates manual ad-hoc actions, MM Planning parameter setup execution after instruction
- Late and un-confirmed PO handling
- Check MR blocks and other blocks
- Controlling of discrepancy during EDI transmission from vendor to TESOG (ZMI3, ZFOR, etc.)
- Bringing Automation/Process Improvement
- Maintaining cordial relationship with stake holder and help management in bringing new process to the team
- Support the onboarding of new joiners and secure a robust knowledge transfer
- Fully supporting all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement projects with active participation

**CRITICAL EXPERIENCE**

Previous work experience in a material planning role, order management role and familiar with service industry environment. Preferred with work experience in SAP. knowledge in analytics, basic SCM and good with Excel.
