**Job Title**: Staff Nurse

**Location**: Basti, India

**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality patient care and assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist in medical procedures and emergency care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Follow hospital protocols and infection control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare staff, and administration.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Valid nursing registration and license.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
